Caring For Your Air O Swiss 7133
You need to make sure that you clean the tank regularly at least once a week while the system is in use. Be sure that you’re not using any detergents. If you are using the machine with the preheating function rather than the cool function you can delay cleaning to once every two weeks instead of every one week.

You need to use decalcification agents when you’re cleaning in order to remove any deposits that come from the evaporation chamber (fogging chamber). Be sure to rinse completely and let dry. Do not use with softened water.

Replacements
Every year you need to make sure to replace the patented Ionic Silver Stick. Every 2-3 months you need to make sure to replace the demineralization cartridge. The one thing that will change how often you have to replace the demineralization cartridge is if you’re using water that is very hard. If that is the case you’ll definitely have to replace more frequently.
